Youth Mindfulness Self-Development Programme

We provide a number of programmes' which vary in length from an 8 week mindfulness and development programme.   All of our courses are innovative, thoughtful and experiential.
We aim to offer hope and purpose to many young people who are currently struggling with some aspect of their lives (e.g. depression, anxiety etc). We work together to overcome limiting and negative automatic thinking patterns, enabling our clients more choice to respond differently to life, subsequently improving their life balance and well-being.
This course is especially designed for school students and young people, whether they are dealing with exam stress, bullying, or seeking to enhance study skills. It's being used to improve students’ well-being as well as helping them to improve their ability to learn and concentrate.
